March is the first month where we start to work harder and the distances become longer - especially on weekends. It is also a month with a number of races and the first Ultra.
This is for those training for the Bronze finish as well as for a finish. I believe that if you are aiming at the sub 12 finish and train to the bronze plan that you will or should have a comfortable finish
For those doing Comrades this is the start of part 2 of the training. Most of us would have qualified already and for those who have not - no panic - there is enough time to do so. The aim of part two is to build on what you have already done in 2017 and to become consistent and remain healthy and injury free.
